Decorate the nursery with leather

It's not just when the kitchen, hallway, bedroom, or dining room needs a refresh that you can use leather. We can also help bring some novelty to the children's room.

Leather letters

Your children are probably very proud of their rooms and happily show them off when guests arrive. With leather letters, you can put your child's name on their bedroom door, which they will surely think is cool. The letters can also be used to spell out "reading nook," "sweet dreams," or a sweet proverb or quote that you use.

Leather alphabet for the wall

Perhaps your child has started practicing the alphabet song and at least knows what letter their name begins with. Maybe it's almost school time?

An alphabet for the wall can help the child recognize letters and make it easier to master all the letters. You can get blue letters for all consonants and red letters for all vowels – so you can also practice consonants and vowels.

Numbers on the wall

Just like the alphabet, the number sequence can also be good to have hanging on the wall, so the child can easily see all the numbers in front of them. Perhaps your child has started counting on all their fingers? Then they also need to learn what the numbers look like, and it's smart to have them hanging where they can look at them. Then it might be easier to remember what comes after 8.

Good to know about numbers and letters

All letters and numbers are approximately 7 cm high (except for Ø and Å, which are slightly taller) and are mounted with mounting putty. You can get the letters in our six leather colors: natural, cognac, black, dark brown, dark blue, and red. And you, of course, decide which color suits your decor.

Leather handles

Is the play kitchen popular in your home too? And have you seen the thousands of IKEA hacks you can do to the play kitchen? An easy way to change the play kitchen's appearance is to replace the handles and put on leather handles instead. Additionally, you can also paint the kitchen – depending on how much effort you want to put into it.

Here at home, we have painted the play kitchen, added leather handles, mounted rotary knobs above the "oven" and put lights in the "microwave" so it lights up when opened.

Our leather handles can, of course, also be used on cabinets and drawers in the children's room, so everything matches.
