Fast dispatch from our own workshop

Orders placed before 14:00 CET/CEST on a working day are dispatched the same day – including products with personal embossing or engraving. Orders placed later go out the following working day. Place cards and jewellery with a drawn portrait are the exception: they need a little more time in our workshop.

At peak times – for example before Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Black Friday – an order may occasionally leave us one working day later than usual. We say so in the shop, together with the last date to order if you need your parcel to arrive in time.

Shipping costs and delivery times

All prices include VAT. Delivery times are counted from the day we dispatch your order.

• Standard shipping as a tracked large letter: €3.00 – free on orders of €65 or more. Delivery 2–6 working days. Your order is delivered to your letterbox.
• Parcel to a parcel shop near you: from €7.00. Delivery 2–3 working days.
• Parcel to your business address: from €7.00. Delivery 2–3 working days.
• Parcel to your private address: from €10.00. Delivery 2–3 working days. If you are not at home, your parcel is left at the nearest parcel shop.

The shipping cost that applies to your order and your country is shown during checkout, before you place the order. As soon as your order leaves us, you receive a tracking number by e-mail so you can follow it on its way.

Is your parcel late?

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please write to us at byRavn@byRavn.dk and we will trace the shipment straight away.

Please check your e-mail address and delivery address before you place your order. If the address is wrong, the carrier may charge a fee for redirecting the shipment, and we have to pass that fee on to you.
