At byRavn, we focus on fast delivery

If you order on a weekday before 2:00 PM, you can expect to receive your order the next day.

Packages sent on Fridays will be delivered the next day (Saturday), provided you have chosen delivery with DAO (home delivery and delivery to parcel shop) or Postnord (parcel shop). If you choose one of the other delivery methods, the package will be delivered on Monday.

The above delivery times apply to all products except place cards and jewelry with a line-drawn portrait. If you order a product with personalized text or a custom-sized product, you can expect it to be dispatched on the same day, as long as we have received your order before 2:00 PM.

During exceptionally busy periods, orders may, in rare cases, be dispatched one day later than stated above.

How we send your order

All orders are sent with DAO and Postnord, and all orders are sent as a package with track & trace. DAO and Postnord promise day-to-day delivery when shipments are sent as packages.

You can choose the following delivery methods:

- DAO Home Delivery (delivery to your private address). DAO delivers the package to your mailbox or at the door.

- DAO Parcel Shop (delivery to your local parcel shop). DAO delivers packages to parcel shops every weekday and on Saturdays - if you order on Friday before 2:00 PM, the package should therefore be delivered the next day.

- Postnord Parcel Shop (delivery to your local parcel shop). PostNord delivers packages to parcel shops every weekday and on Saturdays - if you order on Friday before 2:00 PM, the package should therefore be delivered the next day.

- PostNord Distribution to Private (delivery to your private address). If you are not home when PostNord arrives, the package will be left for collection at the nearest parcel shop.

- PostNord Distribution to Business (delivery to your workplace)

Package is delayed

If you have not received your package on the weekday after we dispatched it, you should contact us or DAO (72 33 08 50) or PostNord (chat), so we can trace the package as quickly as possible.

For orders to Bornholm, there is an extra day's delivery time.
