Returns and exchanges of our products

If you wish to return your order to us, it is important that you read the text on this page before simply sending the package back.

How to return your order

If you wish to return an item purchased from byRavn, please return it to our address:

The package must be sent with direct delivery to our address. Unfortunately, we are unable to collect return packages sent to parcel shops.

Before sending the item back, please send an email to byravn@byravn.dk, stating that you wish to return the order.

In the box, please include a printed copy of this form. It is important that you note your name and order number on the form, otherwise we will not be able to identify the order in our system. If you do not have a printer or are unable to print, you can include a handwritten note stating your full name and order number.

When returning your order, it is important that it is properly packaged. This means that bubble envelopes, envelopes or similar are not sufficient, as the item will most likely be damaged during transport back to us. If we receive a damaged item back, we will not be able to refund your payment. We therefore recommend that the item is returned in its original packaging or equivalent.

Once we have received the item back in good condition, we will refund your payment.

When returning interior products

If you wish to exchange your items, it is important to note that all orders made to custom measurements are not accepted for return. This means that, among other things, handles made to special dimensions, leather straps for wardrobe rails or other custom-made products cannot be returned. If you need handles made to special dimensions for your kitchen and are in doubt as to whether they should be leather handles, we recommend that you order one handle and test it, so you are not left with 25 handles that cannot be returned.

Interior products such as leather straps or handles can be returned, provided they do not show clear signs of use. This means that if straps and handles have been mounted with the accompanying screws and there are marks on the leather, payment for these products cannot be refunded.

We understand that you want to see the handles on dresser drawers or cabinet doors to get a feel for the look they give the furniture, but it is important that if you want to test the handles, you mount them carefully. We recommend that you carefully mount the handle without tightening the screws, as this will damage the handle and therefore lead to the item not being accepted for return.

When returning keyrings, accessories and jewellery

We only accept returns of keyrings, accessories, jewellery and other products if they are without embossing/engraving (this also applies to keyrings with popular texts).

Extended return policy

At byRavn, we have an extended return policy. This means that you can return your order up to 30 days after you have received it.

Exchanging items

If you wish to exchange one of our products, and it is a product covered by the right of return (see the above conditions), please send an email to byravn@byravn.dk, stating your full name and order number, and that you wish to exchange the item.

In the email, please also provide the following:

- Should the entire order or part of your order be exchanged

- What do you wish to exchange the item for

For example, if you wish to exchange our handles for a different size or colour, you state this in the email. It may also be that you have received a keyring without print, but instead want a keyring with a personal print. Whatever you wish to exchange, handles, products without personal print or anything else from the webshop, this is sent back by arrangement via email. When we receive the package, we will exchange the item for the new product you wish instead.

You choose how the package is sent back, as long as it is properly packaged - preferably in its original packaging. Bubble envelopes are not approved return packaging, as the item will most likely be damaged in them. The package is sent back directly to our address:

We will contact you as soon as we have received the return package and will send a link at the same time where you can order a new delivery of the package. Any difference will also be included in this link, for example if you wish to exchange handles for a larger size or wish for a product with a personal print. If the new item is cheaper than the one you wish to exchange, we will refund the remaining amount minus shipping costs.
