What personal data do we collect and for what purposes?
- When you make a purchase through our website, we collect information about you, such as name, address, email address, and phone number, which allows us to send your order to you and which we need for any returns.
- When you visit our webshop, we automatically collect information about you (cookies), such as which browser you use, search terms, and similar, with the aim of improving the user experience for you and performing targeted marketing.
- You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter, where we will send you news, tips, campaigns, and similar. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
- If you participate in our social media competitions, we will subsequently target relevant marketing to you.
- If you contact us via our contact form, email, Facebook chat function, or otherwise, we will naturally reply, but will not use your information for anything else.
The collection of personal data takes place so that we can fulfill our agreement with you, improve the user experience on the webshop, and offer you relevant marketing.
Use of data processors
Information provided through our webshop is not sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.

Deletion of personal data
Personal data is registered with byRavn ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

Furthermore, we are aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper processing of your personal data. We register and process personal data in accordance with the regulations applicable at any time. Only employees who have a genuine need to access your personal data to perform their work have access to it.
