General: How to measure your wrist
Use a measuring tape and measure the circumference snugly around your wrist where the bracelet will sit. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler afterwards. How the measurement translates into a size depends on the model – see the section for the model you are looking at.
MONO leather bracelet – size guide
Measure the circumference of your wrist (snug measurement) and choose your size from the table:
- Wrist 14 cm → XXS
- Wrist 15 cm → XS
- Wrist 16 cm → S
- Wrist 17 cm → M
- Wrist 18 cm → L
- Wrist 19 cm → XL
- Wrist 20 cm → XXL
If you want the MONO bracelet to fit tightly, choose one size smaller than recommended.
DUO leather bracelet – size guide
Measure the circumference of your wrist (snug measurement) and choose your size from the table:
- Wrist 14 cm → XXS
- Wrist 15 cm → XS
- Wrist 16 cm → S
- Wrist 17 cm → M
- Wrist 18 cm → L
- Wrist 19 cm → XL
- Wrist 20 cm → XXL
RIO leather bracelet – size guide
The thickness of the bracelet "takes up" some of the length when it curves around the wrist. That is why we distinguish between two measurements:
- The flat measurement: The length of the bracelet when it lies flat on a table. This is the size you order.
- The inner measurement: The space actually available for the wrist – approx. 1.5 cm less than the flat measurement.
How to find your RIO size:
- Measure your wrist snugly where the bracelet will sit.
- Add 1.5 cm to your measurement and round up to the nearest whole number.
Example: Wrist 18.5 cm + 1.5 cm = 20 cm → choose size 20 cm.
Example: Wrist 18.8 cm + 1.5 cm = 20.3 cm → round up and choose size 21 cm.
The engraving is on the clasp, which measures 25 x 6 mm.
RAY leather bracelet – size guide
RAY is a chunky bracelet, and its thickness "takes up" some of the length when it curves around the wrist. You should therefore choose a size approx. 2 cm longer than your snug wrist measurement.
- Measure your wrist snugly where the bracelet will sit.
- Add 2 cm and round up to the nearest whole number.
Example: Wrist 18 cm + 2 cm → choose size 20 cm.
Example: Wrist 18.3 cm + 2 cm = 20.3 cm → choose size 21 cm.
Lying flat on a table, RAY measures exactly the size you order (e.g. 22 cm), but due to the thickness of the material it feels like approx. 20 cm on the inside when worn.
The clasp measures 24 x 12 mm – the engraving is on one half of the clasp.
ASH bracelet – size guide
ASH comes in five sizes: 16 cm, 17.5 cm, 19 cm, 20.5 cm and 22 cm.
The size corresponds to the inner circumference of the bracelet. If you buy ASH in size 19 cm, it will sit close to the wrist if your wrist measures 19 cm. The bracelet is elastic, so whether it should sit loose or tight is a matter of taste.
- Measure your wrist where the bracelet will sit.
- If your wrist measures exactly one of the sizes (e.g. 19 cm), choose that size.
- If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger. If your wrist measures e.g. 19.5 cm, choose 20.5 cm.
ARA bracelet – size guide
ARA comes in two sizes. Measure the circumference of your wrist with a measuring tape:
- Wrist 14.5–19 cm → size 15.5 cm + 5 cm extender (total length 20.5 cm)
- Wrist 17.5–22 cm → size 18.5 cm + 5 cm extender (total length 23.5 cm)
If your measurement falls between the two sizes (17.5–19 cm), we recommend the large size (18.5 cm). If the bracelet is too long, you can easily remove one or more links from the extender yourself.
The engraving plate measures 45 x 6 mm and the chain is 6 mm wide. Applies to both polished and matte gold/silver.
AVA bracelet – size guide
AVA comes in two sizes. Measure the circumference of your wrist with a measuring tape:
- Wrist 14.5–19 cm → size 15.5 cm + 5 cm extender (total length 20.5 cm)
- Wrist 17.5–22 cm → size 18.5 cm + 5 cm extender (total length 23.5 cm)
If your measurement falls between the two sizes (17.5–19 cm), we recommend the large size (18.5 cm). If the bracelet is too long, you can easily remove one or more links from the extender yourself.
The engraving plate measures 45 x 6 mm and the chain is 6 mm wide. Applies to both polished and matte gold/silver.
ROY bracelet – size guide
ROY comes in two sizes. Measure the circumference of your wrist with a measuring tape:
- Wrist 14.5–19 cm → size 15.5 cm + 5 cm extender (total length 20.5 cm)
- Wrist 17.5–22 cm → size 18.5 cm + 5 cm extender (total length 23.5 cm)
If your measurement falls between the two sizes (17.5–19 cm), we recommend the large size (18.5 cm). If the bracelet is too long, you can easily remove one or more links from the extender yourself.
The engraving plate measures 33 x 6 mm and the chain is 6 mm wide.
LEO bracelet – size guide
Measure the circumference of your wrist close to the skin and choose your size:
- Wrist 15.5–17.2 cm → size 19.6 cm
- Wrist 17.3–18.7 cm → size 21.0 cm
- Wrist 18.8–20.2 cm → size 22.4 cm
- Wrist 20.3–21.7 cm → size 23.8 cm
If you are unsure, or your measurement falls right between two sizes, we always recommend the larger. If LEO is slightly too big, you can easily remove one or more links yourself.
The engraving plate measures 50 x 8 mm and the chain is 8 mm wide.
IBI bracelet – size guide
IBI comes in one size with an extender and fits wrists of 13.5–18 cm in circumference.
- The bracelet itself measures 14.5 cm and the extender is 4.5 cm.
- Total length: 19 cm (including pendant and extender).
With the extender you can adjust how loose or tight the bracelet sits. The pendant has a diameter of 12 mm. Applies to all IBI variants (QUOTE, NOTE, LETTER, STICK, X, STAR, MOTIF, PORTRAIT).
EVI bracelet – size guide
EVI comes in one size with an extender and fits wrists of 13.5–18 cm in circumference.
- The bracelet itself measures 14.5 cm and the extender is 4.5 cm.
- Total length: 19 cm (including pendant and extender).
With the extender you can adjust how loose or tight the bracelet sits. The engraving plate measures 20 x 5 mm.
ZOE bracelet – size guide
ZOE comes in one size with an extender and fits wrists of 14.5–19 cm in circumference.
- The bracelet itself measures 15.5 cm and the extender is 5 cm.
- Total length: 20.5 cm (including pendant and extender).
With the extender you can adjust how loose or tight the bracelet sits. The engraving plate measures 35 x 4 mm and the chain is 4 mm wide.
VENUS bracelet – size guide
VENUS fits most women and is recommended for wrists of 14–17 cm. If your wrist is larger (17–20 cm), choose MARS instead. VENUS is 4 mm wide. Applies to all VENUS variants (incl. STICK and SCRIPT).
Adjusting: The bracelet can be adjusted slightly. Squeeze the sides to make the opening smaller, or pull the sides apart to make it larger.
LUNA bracelet – size guide
LUNA fits most women and is recommended for wrists of 14–17 cm. If your wrist is larger (17–20 cm), choose MARS instead. LUNA is 4 mm wide.
Adjusting: The bracelet can be adjusted slightly. Squeeze the sides to make the opening smaller, or pull the sides apart to make it larger.
MARS bracelet – size guide
MARS fits most men and is recommended for wrists of 17–20 cm. If your wrist is smaller (14–17 cm), choose VENUS instead. MARS is 6 mm wide. Applies to all MARS variants (incl. STICK and SCRIPT).
Adjusting: The bracelet can be adjusted slightly. Squeeze the sides to make the opening smaller, or pull the sides apart to make it larger.
EDGE leather belt – size guide
At byRavn, the belt size corresponds to your actual waist measurement – not the full length of the belt. The easiest method is to measure a belt you already wear:
- Take out your favourite belt.
- Measure from the hole you use most (your "favourite hole") all the way to the end of the belt including the buckle.
- The number of centimetres is your belt size. If you measure e.g. 95 cm, choose size 95 cm.
Between two sizes? Choose the smaller. If you measure e.g. 92 cm, we recommend 90 cm. The belt is made of genuine full-grain leather, which gives a little over time and shapes itself to your body.
No belt to measure? Measure your waist with a measuring tape where the belt will sit (e.g. in the belt loops of your jeans). That measurement is the size to order.
PAW dog collar – size guide (applies to PAW16, PAW20 and PAW25)
The size is given in cm and measured from the buckle to the middle of the collar's 5 holes – not the full length of the leather. Because it is measured to the middle hole, the collar can be adjusted both tighter and looser.
Method 1 – measure your dog's current collar: Lay the collar flat and measure from the end (including the buckle) to the hole you use today. If you measure e.g. 36 cm, choose size 36 cm.
Method 2 – measure your dog's neck: Measure the circumference where the collar will naturally sit and find the size in the table for the model you have chosen. If you are in between, always round up – better one size too big than too small.
PAW16 (1.5 cm between holes)
- Neck 22–23 cm → size 24 cm
- Neck 24–25 cm → size 26 cm
- Neck 26–27 cm → size 28 cm
- Neck 28–29 cm → size 30 cm
- Neck 30–31 cm → size 32 cm
- Neck 32–33 cm → size 34 cm
