To ensure your dog the best comfort, it is important to find the right size. Our sizes are stated in centimeters and are measured from the buckle to the middle of the 5 holes.
1. Measure your dog's current collar
If your dog already has a collar that fits perfectly, this is the easiest method:
Lay the collar flat.
Measure the distance from one end (including the buckle) to the hole you currently use.
Example: If you measure 36 cm, choose a collar in size 36 cm.
2. Measure your dog's neck (directly on the dog)
If you measure directly on the dog, you should measure the circumference where the collar should sit.
Neck size 22-23 cm: Choose size 24 cm
Neck size 24-25 cm: Choose size 26 cm
Neck size 26-27 cm: Choose size 28 cm
Neck size 28-29 cm: Choose size 30 cm
Neck size 30-31 cm: Choose size 32 cm
Neck size 32-33 cm: Choose size 34 cm
Neck size 34-35 cm: Choose size 36 cm
Neck size 36-37 cm: Choose size 38 cm
Neck size 38-39 cm: Choose size 40 cm
Good to know about our sizes
The 5 holes: There is 1.5 cm between each hole. Since we measure to the middle hole, you have the option to adjust the collar both in and out.
Are you in between sizes? We always recommend rounding up. It is better for the collar to be one size too big than one size too small.
Not the total length: Remember that the size you choose is the distance to the middle holes – not the entire piece of leather from end to end.
